It has 51 campsites including 3 accessible sites. A dump station can be found on Buckhorn Road outside of the campground. There are no sewer hook ups in the campground. Sites with electrical hookups also have water hookups. All sites are available by reservation only. It has 43 campsites including two acessible sites. The Buckhorn Campground is located on the eastern side of Lake of the Arbuckles. Guy Sandy has a cash only, drop envelope station. These machines will accept credit or debit cards only. All campgrounds with first-come, first-served sites have self-pay machines except Guy Sandy. Self-pay stations for first-come-first-serve campsites are located at the entrance to the campgrounds.

Group sites at Rock Creek, Central, and Cold Springs Campgrounds - Rates are $30.00 per night, per site.

Sites at Chickasaw National Recreation Area under reservation system: Rock Creek can accomodate slightly larger RVs, up to 25' in length. Only very small RVs (car sized or less) can fit in Cold Springs and Central Campgounds. The three campgrounds of the Platt Historic District can accomodate tents. Guy Sandy can accomodate tents and some small RVs but no hookups are available. Buckhorn and The Point campgrounds have a mix of smaller sites suitable for tents and some sites with water and electric hookups that will fit RVs (up to approximately 40' in length). Three campgrounds are located next to Lake of the Arbuckles. Each site has a fire ring, picnic table, and at least one parking space.

Some individual campsites, as well as large group campsites, can be reserved in advance. Facilities vary in each and are listed in the chart below. Chickasaw National Recreation Area has six public campgrounds.
